There is a lot happening in our world, and by the time we clock out of our 40, often 50-hour or more careers, we are tired. Yet we still have so many other things to do. Continued learning, that never goes away, making time for our families/friends, and trying to find time to take care of ourselves are so often completed far down on our to-do list.

This podcast was started to create a space for unwinding, inspiring, and joining a community of like-minded individuals.
